MindX: Two Businesses, One Site
An AI systems and corporate training company in Kuala Lumpur. We designed and built twelve pages from scratch: the marketing site, the programme catalogue, and a live product showcase. mindxtech.ai

Two businesses under one roof
MindX does two things that rarely sit on the same website. On one side they build custom business systems and deploy AI into companies that already have their own way of working. On the other, they run HRDC-claimable corporate training: sixty five programmes across seven categories, from leadership to Industry 4.0.
They also run their own product, Lawyer Buddy, a legal practice platform live in production with real firms. So the site had to sell services, host a catalogue, and showcase a product, without any of the three burying the others.
Two audiences, one front door
An operations director shopping for a custom system and an HR manager spending a training levy need different journeys from the same homepage.
A catalogue that stays navigable
Sixty five programmes across seven categories is a lot of depth to expose without turning the menu into a phone book.
A product inside a service site
Lawyer Buddy needed room to look like a real product, not a portfolio item buried under service pages.
Training that has to justify itself
MindX runs sixty five HRDC-claimable programmes across seven categories, from leadership tracks and ESG reporting to LEGO Serious Play. The buyer is usually an HR manager spending a government training levy who has to defend the choice internally, so the counts, the categories and the five stage journey behind every programme are on the page rather than in a brochure.

Where the first look happens
Malaysian B2B buyers meet a vendor on a phone long before they open a laptop, usually while the decision is still informal and unbudgeted. Every layout was built for the narrow column first, so the catalogue, the service pages and the moment someone reaches out all hold up at the size they are actually seen.

Built to be handed over
The site was handed over with its type, colour and spacing rules written down rather than left in a designer's head. MindX can add a programme, a page or a whole service line later and have it look like it belonged there from the start.

One system, many pages
Twelve pages are assembled from one small set of parts, filled with different content. That is what keeps the site coherent as it grows, and why MindX can extend it without paying for a redesign every time the business does something new.

What shipped
What the client said
I am incredibly impressed with the level of service and quality of work they provided. The team was responsive, professional, and accommodating from briefing stage to post site live stage. Throughout the process, they were more like a partner than a vendor.
