OnFly Agency ("OnFly", "we", "us") is a web development, design, and WhatsApp automation studio based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This policy explains what information we collect through onfly.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form: when you send an inquiry we receive the details you type, which are your name, email address, business name if you provide it, the service you are interested in, and your message.
WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, profile name, and the content of your messages, handled through WhatsApp itself.
Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels on this site. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored only in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver the services you engage us for, and keep records of our business correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
Contact form submissions are relayed to our email inbox by FormSubmit.co. WhatsApp conversations are processed by WhatsApp (Meta). The website is served through our hosting and content delivery provider. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as it is needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Your rights

Security
